1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AutoSave Contacts ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AutoSave Contacts is an Android accessibility service application that:

• Detects phone numbers displayed on your device screen (processed locally)
• Allows you to save detected phone numbers to your device contacts
• Provides duplicate contact detection
• Maintains a history of detected phone numbers (stored locally on your device)
• Offers optional paid features requiring account creation

3. User Requirements and Account

3.1 Basic Requirements

To use AutoSave Contacts, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have a compatible Android device
• Grant necessary permissions (Accessibility Service, Contacts, Notifications)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3.2 Payment Account (Optional)

For paid features, you must create an account by providing:

• Email Address: A valid email for account communication and receipts
• Password: A secure password for account authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Permissions and Access

The App requires the following permissions to function:

• Accessibility Service: To read screen content and detect phone numbers
• Contacts: To save and check for duplicate contacts
• Notifications: To notify you of detected phone numbers
• Foreground Service: To run continuously in the background

5. Payment and Subscriptions

5.1 Paid Features

Certain features of the App may require payment. By purchasing these features, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

5.2 Payment Information

We collect only your email address and password for payment account purposes. Payment processing (credit card information) is handled by secure third-party payment processors. We do not store credit card information.

5.3 Refunds and Cancellations

Refund Request Process:

• All refund requests must be submitted via SMS to our support number
• Send your refund request SMS with your registered email address and reason
• Refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days
• Refund eligibility depends on our refund policy terms at time of purchase
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method

5.4 Auto-Renewal

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through the app settings (Settings → Account → Manage Subscription).

5.5 Account Deletion and Payments

If you delete your account, active subscriptions will be cancelled. You may be entitled to a prorated refund based on our refund policy. Deleting your account does not automatically process refunds. To request a refund after account deletion, send an SMS refund request as described above.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate email information for your payment account
• Maintain the security of your account password
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App to violate any third party's privacy or rights
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Respect the privacy of individuals whose phone numbers you save
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not attempt to access, intercept, or compromise WhatsApp or other messaging app accounts
• Use detected phone numbers responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws

7. Third-Party Apps and Services

7.1 WhatsApp and Messaging Apps

AutoSave Contacts is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Signal, or any other messaging service. We are an independent third-party application.

Important Clarifications:

• We do NOT access WhatsApp messages, chats, or media files
• We do NOT access WhatsApp account credentials or authentication
• We do NOT compromise WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption
• We ONLY detect visible phone numbers on your screen (same as manual copying)
• WhatsApp's security and privacy features remain fully intact

7.2 User Acknowledgment

By using AutoSave Contacts with messaging apps, you acknowledge that:

• The app only reads visible on-screen text to detect phone numbers
• No messages, conversations, or account data are accessed or stored
• You remain responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party apps you use

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AutoSave Contacts, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons, are the exclusive property of AutoSave Contacts and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of phone number detection
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoSave Contacts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Any errors or omissions in any content

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App or your payment account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

13.1 Account Deletion by User

You may delete your account at any time directly in the app:

• Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
• Confirm deletion to permanently remove your account
• Your email and password will be immediately deleted from our servers
• Access to paid features will be revoked
• This action is permanent and cannot be undone
• Locally stored data on your device will remain until you uninstall the app or clear app data

13.2 Termination by Us

If we terminate your account for violations, you will be notified via email and lose access to paid features. Account data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
